The portfolio value of Akfen Real Estate Investment Trust (Akfen GYO), which includes 19 hotels, 2 student dormitories, an office building, a factory building, a holiday resort, and ongoing projects totaling 124,072 square meters, has seen a significant increase according to interim valuation results. Akfen GYO’s total portfolio value increased by 20% in six months, reaching 689 million Euros.

Operating both in Turkey and abroad, Akfen Real Estate Investment Trust (Akfen GYO) has seen a significant increase in its portfolio value according to interim valuation results. Akfen GYO’s total portfolio value increased by 20% in six months, reaching 689 million Euros.

With the interim real estate valuation reports prepared by Smart Corporate Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. for the Akfen GYO portfolio, the total value of Akfen GYO’s assets exceeded 24 billion TL.
